At The Fridge, we hand-craft each and every one of our delicious artisan flatbread pizzas using only the finest, freshest ingredients. Our produce is grown without chemicals just for us by local farmers right here in Lancaster County. Our farmers literally harvest our vegetables for us hours before we prepare them for you. If it’s not in season or doesn’t live up to our standards, you won’t find it on your pizza. If it doesn’t grow or isn’t made locally, we pledge to purchase those ingredients from local merchants, producers and suppliers.
Hand-Crafted
Because we make every single pizza without using forms, pans, presses or molds, no two are, or ever will be, exactly alike. Our thin-crust flatbread dough is made fresh daily and rolled by hand, creating the unique shape and character of each pie and slice.
How It Works
The Fridge makes and offers a unique variety of pizza each day based on what is fresh, available and in-season - and on our creative inspiration. We bake a limited quantity of our artisan pies each morning and throughout the day, and they are available while supplies last! We never freeze our dough or toppings, so we can’t promise that we’ll have the same pizza every time you come in. What we do promise is the freshest, most delicious local pizza available.
